Gallery of Photographs from Hurricane Dorian – 70,000 without homes in the Bahamas

The devastation of Hurricane Dorian which hit the Bahamas as a Category 5 Hurricane (sustained winds of 185mph), the strongest storm on record to ever make landfall, left behind incredible damage in loss of life and properties. Forty-seven people have been confirmed dead so far and many have suffered injury and loss of homes and all they own. Over 70,000 are without a place to live.

The pictures show, not only the Bahamas, but as Dorian made landfall in North Carolina, flooding in the Outer Banks which also put lives at risk.

Let us keep these people in prayer. It will take a long time to heal and rebuild. The airport is underwater as well.
